Jerry has been the Managing Director and a Shareholder of O. D. Brisbane & Sons (Dominica) distributors and retailers of food items since 1985. The company has been in business for over 50 years. The company was initially established by Jerry & Nicholas' grandfather in the Caribbean island of St. Vincent. His sons soon after established a chain of companies in the other Eastern Caribbean islands. The Dominica branch is located on 2 acres of land and houses 35,000 sq ft of buildings and employs over 100 staff. The company under Jerry's direction has an impeccable record of achievements - 'Company of the Year Award: 1992.' Jerry has developed a reputation as a proactive and energetic businessman and operates with a high level of integrity.

Nicholas holds a Masters degree in Construction Engineering from Loughborough University U.K. (1989) and passed examinations for Institute of Civil Engineers (U.K.) Law and Contract Procedure. N. Brisbane & Associates, a consulting engineering & project management practice, was established in 1987. In 1990 the firm established an architectural division. To date the firm has been involved in over US$120 million construction value of projects and has administered well over 100 projects in the Eastern Caribbean. The firm has also been involved in the design of numerous villa/condo projects including Calypso Bay Resorts. The firm is well known for its high level of professionalism

Nick was appointed client representative to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank for the construction of the successfully completed Headquarters in 1994, and still provides consulting services for the Bank. He was instrumental in providing construction management services for the completion of the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis - major renovations post hurricane Lenny damage in 1999.

Over the past 10 years, Nick has been instrumental in the creation and part ownership of numerous business ventures in the Eastern Caribbean and St. Maarten ranging from Catamaran cruises to postcards to real estate ventures.
